Simple pricing

Free group ecards. Pay only for the extras you want.

Everything a group card needs is free: start the card, invite as many people as you like to sign it, let them add photos and video, and send the finished reveal by email or text. There is no signer limit, no trial clock and no watermark on the card.

The paid extras are exactly that, extras. A printed version of the card mailed to the recipient, premium designs and reminders for a single card, or a family plan for people who run several fan clubs at once. You will see the current price on screen before anything is charged, and payments run through Stripe.

What free means here

  • Free means the whole card

Some group card sites give you a free trial card or cap the number of signers. Here the free plan is the product: any number of people, photos and video included, and the reveal is the real reveal.

  • No account to sign

People you invite add their message from the link. Only the organizer has an account, and it can be created at the very end, right before the card is sent.

  • Extras are optional and visible

A printed card, a premium card or the family plan are offered inside the studio when they are relevant. Nothing is added to a card without you choosing it and seeing the price first.

Pricing questions

Are group ecards really free on Because of You?

Yes. Creating a group ecard, inviting unlimited people to sign it, adding photos and video, and sending the reveal are all free. You only pay if you choose an extra such as a printed card, a premium card or the family plan.

How much does a printed card cost?

The printed card is priced per card and the current price is shown at checkout before you confirm. It includes printing the design, writing your greeting inside and mailing it to the recipient.

What does the premium card include?

A premium card unlocks premium designs, text-message reminders for the people signing and an automatic reveal by text on the day, for that one card. It is a one-time purchase and does not change the rest of your fan club.

What is the family plan?

The family plan is a subscription for people who organize cards for several relatives. It removes the two-fan-club limit, lets you run more than one active card at a time, and includes premium designs and text reminders on every card. You can cancel from your billing page.

Can I send a free card to a lot of people at work?

Yes. The free plan has no limit on how many people sign one card, so a team of five or a company of five hundred can all add a message to the same card.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because of You never stores your card details. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from the billing page in your studio.
